**Job Description**:
The **Manager, HR Transformation** will be responsible for leading a team of HR Process and Technology specialists, as well as driving process improvements and change initiatives.

Our HR technology includes, Workday, SmartRecruiters, Workforce, Ceridian, ActivPay, ServiceNow etc. The main responsibilities will be to plan and implement system changes, new functionalities, and new systems completely along with system enhancements.
- Lead and implement Canada Goose’s HR process and technology transformation journey.
- Integrate and optimize our complete HR technology ecosystem.
- Implement Canada Goose’s HR process and technology strategic roadmap in collaboration with leadership and key organizational stakeholders.
- Implement new Workday modules and other HR platforms, as required, to support our end-to-end employee journey.
- Build and improve upon our reporting and dashboards.
- Improve global HR operational efficiencies and employee experience through process and technology solutions.
- Manage a global team of process and HRIS specialists and analysts - leading, mentoring, and coaching members of the team
- Ensure day-to-day systems support is balanced with strategic enhancements and projects
- Lead functional projects and configuration activities for enhancements, new functionality and bi-annual releases including analysis of impacts
- Assess, manage, resolve, and escalate (if necessary) risks and issues to the Director, HR Transformation.
- Works closely with the internal stakeholders to ensure business needs are met (IT, Finance, PMO, etc.)
- Work closely with third party vendors for AMS and testing support
- Review, map and improve the HCM processes in Workday
- Execute the day-to-day activities of advisory engagements including diagnostic, process redesign, system implementation
- Execute system related projects relating to new technologies, key events (e.g. reorganizations, etc.) and new policies

**Qualifications**:
**A Little About You**:

- Experience with HR systems, Certifications are an asset
- Project Management experience
- Team Manager experience
- Advanced knowledge in Excel
- Global experience
- Good knowledge of information technology
- In-depth understanding and knowledge of Human Resources
- Change management knowledge
- Ability to influence and operate in a matrix organization
- Ability to educate on and convey complex concepts
- Analytical mindset with thorough problem-solving competencies
- Demonstrated ability working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of change and ambiguity
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (Payroll, FP&A, HR, IT, Legal, Retail, Ops, etc.)
- Exceptional attention to detail and committed to a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to think proactively, critically, and independently to make good decisions
