As a physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and promoting overall wellness. **Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and assessments
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Develop personalized treatment plans for patients
- Prescribe medications and monitor their effectiveness
- Perform medical procedures as necessary
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in medical research and technology
- Provide patient education on disease prevention, management, and overall wellness

**Requirements**:

- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Valid medical license in British Columbia, Canada (CPSBC Licensure)
- Board certification in Family Medicine (CCFP) or Royal College (FRCPC) specialty practice
- Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation
- Experience working in a medical office or hospital setting
- Strong research skills for staying updated on medical advancements
- Excellent data collection and analysis abilities
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with acute care patients
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols
- Specialization or focused practice areas are a plus

Pay: $159,836.34-$719,066.16 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
