Location: Schwartz/Reisman Centre 9600 Bathurst Street, Vaughan, ON

Salary Range: $47,000 - $60,000 plus commissions

You are a strong leader that inspires your team to exceed sales and service goals, while prioritizing exceptional customer service, and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills. With a minimum of three years of sales experience and 2 years of sales leadership, you have proven a results-driven approach, essential for consistent performance improvement. You understand that integrating the JCC's mission and values into daily operations ensures a unified approach to member services and community engagement.

About the Jewish Community Centre

Programs include arts and culture, aquatics, recreation, education, sports, fitness, daycare, day camp, and more. For over 100 years, JCCs have been serving Jewish communities around the world. There are over 300 JCCs globally and 150 in North America. 1.5 million people enter a JCC each week in North America.

In the JCC’s recently completed Strategic Plan, it set a bold and ambitious goal that, by 2026, the number of people engaging with the Prosserman JCC and the Schwartz/Reisman Centre will triple as the JCC becomes the center of a thriving Jewish community. We are on a growth path of transformative change so that, when we’re done, 75,000 people annually will experience the JCC’s new mission; to be a hub of community, dedicated to the enrichment of Jewish life through meaningful shared experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Process & Performance Management**: Lead and oversee the entire sales process, from system management to team coordination. Ensure sales targets are met and exceeded through strategic planning and execution.
- **Sales Staff Development & Management**: Recruit, train, and mentor sales and service staff. Foster a high-performance culture through continuous coaching and performance evaluations. Develop and implement training programs and schedule staff effectively to maximize productivity and provide proper coverage.
- **Community Engagement & Partnerships**: Cultivate and maintain strategic community business partnerships. Engage actively with the membership base and broader community to enhance brand presence and build lasting relationships.
- **Promotion & Branding**: Collaborate in planning and executing promotional events. Develop and implement branding strategies that enhance visibility and drive membership growth.
- **Reporting & Compliance**: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with policies and optimize performance.
- **Cross-Departmental Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to create seamless and integrated member experiences. Foster a collaborative environment that aligns with the holistic goals of the JCC.
- **Holistic View of the JCC**: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all JCC programs and services to better address member needs and support overall organizational objectives.
- **Decision Making, Problem Solving & Independence**: Exercise sound judgment and autonomy in resolving complex member issues and operational challenges. Support Sales and Service Associates in decision-making processes.
