**Description de l'emploi**:
Le représentant, Solutions d’affaires, Acquisition, vend de nouveaux produits à un portefeuille de clients potentiels d’un secteur d’activité ou géographique désigné qui pourraient générer un revenu mínimal prédéfini. Le représentant convertit les clients potentiels en nouveaux clients en évaluant et en cernant les besoins commerciaux des clients, en renseignant les clients sur des solutions d’affaires adaptées et en élaborant des arguments valeur et des propositions de vente gagnantes qui cadrent avec les stratégies de vente de Postes Canada. En collaboration avec les personnes-ressources internes de Postes Canada, il évalue les risques et le potentiel de croissance que représentent les clients, et élabore les contrats de vente appropriés et les plans d’action pour acquérir de nouveaux revenus de ventes. Le représentant est responsable d’atteindre les objectifs individuels et d’équipe de rendement des ventes.

**Responsabilités professionnelles**:
Voici les principales exigences et responsabilités liées au poste de représentant, Solutions d’affaires, Acquisition:
1. Élaborer un plan de vente annuel qui vise à atteindre les objectifs de vente et apporter les correctifs nécessaires en vue de les atteindre. Surveiller les activités liées aux cycles de vente ainsi que les indicateurs de rendement pour repérer les nouvelles occasions de vente et élaborer des plans d’action précis pour convertir les clients potentiels en nouveaux clients.

2. Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans de gestion des relations efficaces pour établir et développer des relations stratégiques et rentables avec les clients potentiels. Établir des relations avec les principales parties intéressées et les décideurs dans tous les secteurs des activités du client potentiel. Maintenir l’engagement et l’intérêt des clients potentiels pendant le procédé de vente en faisant la promotion de la valeur et des avantages supérieurs des produits et services de Postes Canada.

3. Consulter les personnes-ressources au sein de Postes Canada afin d’évaluer les risques et les possibilités de croissance que présentent les clients, et en tenant compte des tendances dégagées ainsi que de la situation financière et du plan d’entreprise des clients, élaborer les contrats de vente appropriés selon l’analyse coûts-avantages des possibilités de vente. Formuler des recommandations sur la solution appropriée en cernant et en évaluant les besoins commerciaux du client. Surveiller et examiner les contrats de vente et faire les modifications nécessaires au type de service et à son niveau, au besoin.

4. Rester en contact avec les personnes-ressources au sein de Postes Canada et travailler de concert avec elles à élaborer des stratégies et à mettre en œuvre des plans d’action précis, afin d’assurer la croissance des revenus de vente.

5. Préparer et présenter des présentations efficaces à l’interne et à l’externe. Créer des propositions de vente, des analyses de rentabilisation et des communications internes efficaces et réussies.

6. Saisir et mettre à jour le suivi de tous les renseignements liés aux activités de vente (y compris les coordonnées des clients, et les renseignements sur le marché et la concurrence) dans les bases de données pertinentes de la Société et en faire le suivi.

7. Acquérir et entretenir une bonne connaissance des produits et services de Postes Canada ainsi que de leur valeur, afin de vendre des solutions à la fois novatrices et appropriées qui ajoutent de la valeur aux opérations des clients et pour accroître les possibilités de ventes croisées et de ventes supplémentaires.

8. Assumer la responsabilité directe de l’atteinte ou du dépassement des objectifs de revenus individuels et du soutien des objectifs de voix du client de la Société.

**Critères d’admissibilité**:
**Formation**
- Diplôme d’études postsecondaires (une expérience de travail équivalente, comme définie ci-dessous, pourrait être acceptée).

**Expérience**
- Au moins quatre années d’expérience en vente commerciale (entreprise à entreprise).**Autres exigences**
- Permis de conduire provincial valide
- Automobile requise
