**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Interviews: Create compelling video content by asking people insightful, relatable questions, such as:

- “Have you ever felt overlooked for a job? Why do you think that happened?”
- “Have you ever put off something important—like fixing your car—because it was too expensive?”
- “What’s been the hardest part about finding a job that fits your skills?”
- “What’s a service you wish was more affordable for you?”
- Content Creation: Edit and produce high-quality videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Brand Advocacy: Highlight Strug’s mission and solutions in a way that connects with viewers.
- Community Engagement: Respond to comments and spark discussions on social media.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing is preferred.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite is required.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools like Hootsuite is a plus.
- Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

**Job Type**: Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 3 months
