Carmine Padula Multifamily is a dynamic real estate team specializing in multifamily properties. We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Research Assistant to join our team and support our growth in the Montreal market.

As a Research Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the team by conducting market research, completing data sheets, and finding accurate contact information such as phone numbers. You will also be responsible for updating our CRM database with sold property information and scheduling calls for the sales team based on expired listings. This role requires someone with strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and computer software.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research and analyze real estate data
- Find and verify contact information, including phone numbers
- Complete data entry tasks and maintain up-to-date records
- Update the CRM database with sold property information
- Schedule calls for the sales team with expired listings
- Assist in organizing information and preparing reports
- Provide support for various administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual (French and English)
- Proficient in Excel and computer software
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Strong communication and research skills
- Previous experience in research or data entry is an asset

**Description du poste**:
En tant qu'Assistant(e) de Recherche, vous jouerez un rôle clé en soutenant l’équipe en effectuant des recherches de marché, en remplissant des fiches de données et en trouvant des informations de contact précises, telles que des numéros de téléphone. Vous serez également responsable de la mise à jour de notre base de données CRM avec les informations sur les propriétés vendues et de la planification des appels pour l’équipe commerciale concernant les annonces expirées. Ce rôle exige des compétences organisationnelles solides, une grande attention aux détails et une maîtrise des logiciels informatiques, notamment Excel.

**Responsabilités principales**:

- Effectuer des recherches de marché et analyser les données immobilières
- Trouver et vérifier les informations de contact, y compris les numéros de téléphone
- Effectuer des tâches de saisie de données et maintenir des dossiers à jour
- Mettre à jour la base de données CRM avec les informations sur les propriétés vendues
- Planifier les appels pour l’équipe commerciale concernant les annonces expirées
- Aider à organiser les informations et préparer des rapports
- Offrir un soutien pour diverses tâches administratives au besoin

**Exigences**:

- Bilingue (français et anglais)
- Maîtrise d'Excel et des logiciels informatiques
- Souci du détail, organisé(e) et capable de gérer plusieurs tâches à la fois
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en recherche
- Expérience préalable en recherche ou saisie de données est un atout
