**What will you work on?**

This individual will join an enthusiastic, fast-paced, and dynamic team at Spin Master. They will be required to exercise their technical background, innovation, creativity, structure, good judgment, and attention to detail daily.

**How will you create impact?**
- Lead all ongoing development of the Integration Platform, following best practices for delivering integrations to the business.
- Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the customer POS data integrations.
- Effectively lead the integration development operations on a project by project basis.
- Lead the design and governance process of the development lifecycle in the Enterprise Integration Platform.
- Manage and own all incidents as related to integrations (investigation, troubleshooting, escalation, resolution, reporting and analysis of incidents).
- Creating detailed designs to solve business requirements through integration at an enterprise level.
- Identify the business processes that can be automated using integration.
- Responsible for ensuring all deliverables are technically correct and meet industry, iPaaS, and project standards.
- Interact with technical team members such as Data Engineers, SAP Functional Analysts, Web Developers, and Network Engineers to ensure technical requirements are addressed.

**What are your skills and experience?**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology or a related field.
- Knowledge in developing EDI or API integrations.
- 5+ years of experience developing integrations using the Boomi cloud integration platform with in depth knowledge of iPaaS integration within Boomi.
- 3 to 5 years experience leading a technical team.
- Experience or understanding of as many of these related areas as possible: XML messaging structure, Web services, SOAP and REST API’s, SAP integration services, AWS, and Data Warehousing.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP system.
- Experience in Toy Industry an asset in any of the following areas: customer service, marketing or sales support, operations, finance.
- Experience leading a team of technical developers.
