**Real Estate Support (60%)**:

- Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate promotional campaigns
- Prepare of reports, and sales materials
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through strong relationships
- Tackle challenges to ensure smooth and successful property closings
- Assist in signing contracts, leases, and other real estate documents
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
- Supervision, management, motivation and coaching of employees
- Perform ongoing assessments and management of performance of subordinates, and seek and implement opportunities for their development and advancement
- Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

**Admin Support (20%)**:

- Assist with budgeting and year-end recoveries
- Cost management of operating expenses
- Manage operations to achieve budgeted financial results
- Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Review results on a quarterly basis and provide analysis to management

**Qualifications**:

- 5-7 years of related work experience in a project coordination, analysis and account servicing
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Passionate drive for success and demonstrate personal integrity throughout all activities
- Maintain confidentiality when assisting in problem-solving for clients and the team
- Ability to decipher and retain key facts, important information, and directives
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Speaking Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
