As Bookkeeper, this position is responsible for managing the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable of client financial operations such as payment processing, invoicing, collecting, posting and reconciling general ledger accounts.
- Verify, allocate and post transactions to the general ledger accounts
- Balance general ledger by preparing trial balance and reconciling entries
- Invoicing
- Credit card and payment processing
- Monthly or weekly reconciliation
- Payables & receivables
- Bank deposits
- Maintain records through proper physical and digital filing
- Updating daily transactions through website and online platform
- Reconciling between several systems
- Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends
- Contribute to team effort for clients by accomplishing related results as needed
- Other administrative duties needed

**Detailed Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
- 2+ years bookkeeping experience
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop and/or QuickBooks Online
- Ability to understand, create as needed, and follow standards
- Data entry skills
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Detail oriented, thorough and accurate
- Confidentiality
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent analytical/problem solving and investigating skills
- Comfortable and adept in dealing with complexity
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines with mínimal supervision
