**Key Responsibilities**:
Analyze organizational gaps to identify training needs and opportunities for learning and development solutions
Deliver traditional in-person training, webinars (live or pre-recorded), e-learning, or blended learning solutions through instructor-led approaches, demonstrations and workshops
Develop quality learning content for remote and classroom training including lesson plans, participant materials, practical exercises, engaging activities, training handouts, e-learning, and evaluations
Maximize employee usage of learning tools through content curation, best practices and the configuring of resources for ease of navigation and employee development
Work collaboratively across the organization, at all levels, to establish and champion a culture of learning
Evaluate the delivery and effectiveness of training initiatives and programs, measuring the impact of training on performance improvement. Amend program content or delivery based on feedback obtained
Continuously seek and support new approaches, practices and processes to improve the efficiency and relevance of training services

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies**:
Strong knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles and of a wide range of training methods, techniques and formats
Facilitation experience and are confident facilitating learning experiences to a diverse audience
Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and leadership skills required for communicating to all levels within the organization
You have intermediate understanding of LMS operations and how to manage user enrolments and courses and pull reports
Flexible and responsive, understand and adapt to change to provide the highest quality of service and to manage multiple priorities & deadlines
Acts with diplomacy and tact when faced with obstacles
Motivates and inspires others, with the ability to influence
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior or Adult Education
Minimum of 3 years of experience in adult education and facilitation
Minimum of 3 years progressive learning and development experience including online delivery methods
