**The Work You Will Do**

As the Care Manager, you will deliver in the sales efforts within your branch to achieve targets and to meet the diverse needs of the clients and families you serve in the community

**Sales Development**
- Meet monthly sales targets with strong focus on sales and inquiries involving face to face contact with clients
- Follow up on referrals and generate new sales opportunities
- Document all interactions with clients in Client Relationship Management (CRM) Tool
- Evaluate needs of potential clients, develop Client Care Plans

**Community Outreach**
- Establish and maintain relationships with community and healthcare partners
- Generate referrals through business development
- Create and attend B2B and local events to establish referral opportunities

Job Qualification

**Who You Are**
- You have a desire to help improve the lives of those in your community
- You have graduated with a relevant degree or diploma (Sales, Marketing,). Health care education and experience an asset
- You have your own transportation and are willing to travel locally on a daily basis
- You have solid knowledge of the principles, practices, and methods of business development and sales
- You have at least one year of recent experience with progressive responsibilities, preferably in a health care setting
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and oral)
- You have exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult situations in an objective consistent format; ability to work independently
- You are dedicated to providing high-quality service
- You hold or are willing to provide a clear Vulnerable Sector Clearance
