Administrative/clinical Assistant

**What will you be doing?**

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Check in/check out patients
- Take payments
- Submit to insurance
- Understanding of Doctor/Hygienist’s schedule
- Confirm/reschedule appts
- Book appointments
- Answering the phone
- Sending referrals/notes if necessary

**Clinical Tasks**:

- Support for the Dental Assistant/Dental Hygienist’s teams
- Seat/Dismiss patients if required
- Sterilization (includes all maintenance, handpieces/cleaning the sterilizers weekly/monthly)
- Room setup/turnover
- Infection control
- Put away instruments if necessary
- Help with inventory count if required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Dental office: 1 year (preferred)
