Roofer (Experienced)

RMS' primary focus is preventative roof maintenance and sustainability. If you have experience and skills in commercial roofing, this is a fantastic opportunity to fully utilize your skills in an environment that is supportive, rewarding, and does not come with the usual negative traits associated with the roofing industry.
- Experience repairing/installing any of the following roof types: single-ply, modified bitumen, 4-Ply, inverted, shingle, and/or metal roofs
- Experienced in hot work (no kettles)
- Troubleshooting and leak diagnostics. (modern tools provided; tramex, thermal imagining, drone thermal scans, etc)
- Weight handling up to 45 kg (100 lbs.)
- Knowledge of Ontario Safety Regulations
- Carpentry experience is an asset
- Make certain all jobs are completed in a safe, efficient, and timely manner
- Punctuality and client communication skills are required.
- Have a valid Class G Driver's License (not G1 or G2) with a reasonable driver's abstract and reliable transportation to get to office located in Carp (company vehicle provided on a daily basis to travel to work sites). We are intending to move to a more centralized location by October.
- Must have Canadian citizenship or permanent residency of 5 years or more in Canada order to qualify for contract security clearance

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
