Snow Queen Winter Management, one of Vancouver's largest winter service providers, is seeking an Account Manager with experience to join our team.

Rate: Starting at $22 /hr - based on experience

**The Account Manager reports to the Director of Account Management and performs a variety of functions such as**:

- Oversight and management of our property client accounts
- Data entry in CRM, proprietary software, and spreadsheets to ensure the accuracy of all records
- Prospecting for new business within assigned verticals
- Handling incoming & outgoing phone calls
- Client support & communication
- Creating client proposals and quotes
- Assisting with account renewals & retention
- Following up with clients as requested
- Drawing service aerials using our proprietary software and Google Earth
- Drafting announcements & reports
- Preparing and sending contracts to clients for signature
- Onboarding new client contracts and offboarding cancelled contracts
- Utilizing G Suite tools for the creation of documents and spreadsheets
- Accurately entering, editing & cross-referencing data
- Communicating and collaborating with various departments such as Financial, Operations and Shovel Squad
- Reporting information to our Financial Team for Accounts Receivables
- Other various tasks that may be assigned
- Using QuickBooks, G-Suite, Excel, Word, Google Earth, Basecamp
- CRM experience (HubSpot considered an asset)
- Working with property managers and real-estate management
- Business to Business Account Management

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Account management or Assistant: 2 years (required)
