- Our Creator Growth team is seeking a driven and creative

**Responsibilities**:
- Own reporting requirements for the Creator Growth Team-
- Work with the relevant department and managers to enhance existing reporting systems and develop new systems, including:- Collaborating with the International ad sales team and Country Managers to assist in the development of the International ad sales strategy and provide any necessary ad sales reporting.-
- Working with the Ad Sales team to develop processes and systems to provide ad inventory analysis & reporting for all International Markets by utilizing the Google Ad Manager system.-
- Drive the identification, analysis, development and implementation of process/practice/policy improvements to increase productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness of the reports needed by Creator Growth Teams & Finance teams-
- Lead and participate in major projects and initiatives, including analysis, coordination, and presentation as required-
- Provide analytical commentary on monthly, weekly, and daily reports; monitor trends and evaluate the team's performance-
- Conduct ongoing reviews of results, providing key business intelligence to ensure sales operations are optimal-
- Lead the definition and implementation of standards and best practices for Sales Analysis reporting-
- Develop, maintain and improve advanced reporting and dashboards for Creator Growth TeamsCRM Reporting - Development of customized analysis and reporting tools as needed-
- Generate custom reports to partner specifications for VIP music and Rights Management clients-
- Work with Music, Finance and R&D teams to develop processes and systems for managing assets and records-
- Assist Music, Finance, & R&D teams to develop processes and systems for managing assets and records-
- Assist Music, Finance, & R&D teams in maintaining up-to-date industry standard royalty reporting and processes for BBTV music clients-
- Audit BBTV's music accounting and royalty systems for improvements-
- Validate recurring and ad hoc financial, operational, and departmental reports for various key stakeholders- Provide support for budgets and forecasts, including maintaining and creating financial models, liaising with other departments, and analyzing spend from prior periods

**Minimum Qualifications**Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant quantitative field (e.g., Data Science)-
- 3+ years of relevant experience, including developing dashboards and reports with an emphasis on the client's and end-user's experience-
- Possess deep knowledge and interest in developing best practices in data visualization-
- Experience with MS CRM Dynamics, PowerBI, or other similar business intelligence tools-
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency with SQL-
- Able to perform advanced analytics with large datasets (including via Microsoft Excel)Ability to lead, prioritize, and own projects and work independently once given direction-
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels- Experience with R, Python, or API development is a plus
