**Job Description**:
**The Opportunity**:
Working with the technical fashion design team, the Fit & Spec Technician ensures our garments fit as well as they look, by developing technical design specifications and executing impeccable fitting sessions. This role reports to the Technical Manager.

**What you will do**:

- Creates initial garment measurements (specs) and decides construction and quality requirements.
- Develops the black and white technical sketches of all styles.
- Attend fitting sessions, and offering suggestions on corrections to ensure the garments fit exceptionally, then relay those comments to our vendors, through written comments, sketches, pattern corrections.
- Communicate with Design and product department to make sure we get the styling just right.
- Approves samples for quality and fit while maintaining accurate and up to date records on sample approvals

**Qualifications**:
**Who you are**:

- College diploma in Fashion design
- 3 -years+ experience in pattern making or fittings.
- Knowledge of garment production, pattern making and grading
- Knowledge of Excel and Illustrator
