Oakville, Canada Chrysler Automotive Dealership Full time

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of the company's financial management and accounting functions
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Manage the payroll process and ensure timely payment to employees
- Handle accounts payable and ensure timely payment to vendors
- Perform account analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support
- Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- **Proven experience as a Controller/Asst Controller in Automotive Dealership
- Chrysler Experience preferred.**:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero)/PBS
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- **Experience on PBS system preferred.**

**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year
