**Field Service Specialist**

**Description**

Nous recherchons un Technicien de service routier de talent, pour rejoindre notre équipe **Accelera by Cummins** pour la ville de Québec et les environs.

**Dans ce rôle, vous aurez un impact des manières suivantes**:

- Fournit un support technique au canal de service de Cummins Inc. pour les problèmes complexes liés au service.
- Analyse et dirige les enquêtes sur les problèmes de produit ou de système, comprend les mécanismes de causalité, recommande les mesures et solutions appropriées. Soutenir le processus d'analyse des défaillances sur les modes de défaillance courants (par exemple, PIR, CCR, HTD, TSR).
- Documente les résultats des actions de diagnostic et de réparation dans la base de données appropriée de manière claire et concise.
- Gestion des connaissances en partageant les connaissances acquises avec d'autres équipes via le système de gestion des connaissances (KMS), les tickets Quick Serve Online (QSOL), la formation, etc.

**Qualifications**

**Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous aurez besoin des éléments suivants**:

- Application de diagnostic-Traduit les plaintes des clients pour élaborer un plan de dépannage; résout les problèmes en suivant les flux de travail guidés, les procédures, les équipements spécialisés, tel que les outils de service mécanique et électronique et diagnostique les logiciels pour isoler les composants défaillants afin de permettre une réparation réussie; valide la réparation en dupliquant la plainte pour s’assurer qu’elle a été résolue; documente les résultats du dépannage dans les systèmes d’entreprises pour communiquer ce qui a été fait pour le paiement et le suivi.
- Remontée technique - Obtiens des informations sur les problèmes techniques du produit et utilise les ressources disponibles, y compris les outils de gestion de données; escalade les problèmes vers un niveau d’expertise plus élevé en mettant en adéquation le temps de réponse du client avec les efforts d’investigation; capture les étapes de la résolution du problème dans la base de données appropriée pour garantir des transitions cohérentes et une résolution du problème en temps opportun.
- Documentation pour l’entretien : Créé et vérifie les informations techniques et les informations sur les équipements et les clients; capture les données spécifiques en utilisant les outils de services requis; suit les procédures et documente les informations nécessaires dans le système de gestion, de façon a avoir une bonne visibilité sur le travail entrepris.

**Éducation**:
Diplôme collégial, universitaire ou équivalent Baccalauréat en génie électrique et ou en génie.

Ce poste peut nécessiter une licence pour se conformer aux réglementations sur les contrôles à l’exportation ou les sanctions.

**Qualifications requises**:

- Confortable avec les déplacements qui représentent 40% des tâches;
- Doit être dans la région de Montréal, Québec ou Bécancour;
- Doit être bilingue Anglais/Français.

**Expérience requise**:

- Niveau intermédiaire d’expérience de travail pertinente est requis. Une expérience antérieure dans un poste technique est souhaitée.
- Possède les principes et pratiques de diagnostics appliqués pour dépanner, étalonner, entretenir et réparer l’équipement électromécanique.
- Capacité à interagir avec les clients de manière courtoise et professionnelle.
- Compréhension de base des schémas électriques, chimiques, pneumatiques et hydrauliques.
- Des compétences en résolution de problèmes avec une attention au détail avec une compétence technique, sont requises.

Compétences techniques recherchées:

- Connaissance des systèmes mécatroniques et ou électrochimiques
- Connaissance de l’exploitation et de la surveillance à distance de systèmes complexes.
- Connaitre le fonctionnement de l’instrumentation, des capteurs et d’autres composants et commandes électromécaniques.
- Capacité démontrée a travailler avec des commandes CNC et PLC.
- Formation technique pertinente en tant qu’électricien ou technicien en mécatronique.
- Expérience de travail avec des gas inflammables et des niveaux de pression élevée.
- Expérience de travail de service dans l’industrie pétrolière et gazière ou similaire, ou les exigences de sécurité sont élevées.
- Expérience de travail dans un cadre avec procédures de service établies, d’instructions, de nomenclatures et de normes.
- Familier avec l’utilisation d’outils manuels ainsi qu’avec l’utilisation de base de l’équipement de diagnostic électronique.
