**Job Description**:
As a Education Administrator you will play a pivotal role in guiding the educational direction of our institution. You will collaborate with academic departments, administration, and students to enhance the learning experience and contribute to the overall success of our students. Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing strategies for curriculum improvement and educational innovation.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to faculty members to enhance their teaching methodologies and student engagement.
- Conducting educational assessments and evaluations to ensure high academic standards are met.
- Collaborating with other departments to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Staying updated on the latest trends and advancements in education to continuously improve our programs.

Qualifications:
Education & Experience:

- Undergraduate degree or more.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in education, with a focus on curriculum development, instructional design, and faculty development.
- Strong background in educational research and assessment.
- Previous teaching experience at the post-secondary level is preferred.
- Experience in educational administration and leadership roles is a plus.

**Salary**: $15.65-$39.79 per hour
