Head Barista

Crew Collective & Café is looking for a head barista

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the barista team: hiring, training and scheduling baristas
- Ensure quality and consistency of all drinks that are served by the cafe
- Promote, uphold and strive to continuously engage in a positive and educational work culture
- Place
- Work with FOH manager to implement and uphold high standards of customer service
- Provide continuous support and training to barista team
- Manage and maintain COGS and labor costs

**Requirements**:

- Minimum two years food & beverage management experience
- Advanced knowledge of specialty coffee
- Available on weekends

Responsabilités:

- Gestion de l'équipe des baristas: embauche, formation et création d'horaire des baristas
- Assurer la qualité du produit servi
- Placer toutes commandes nécessaires
- Créer et maintenir un espace de travail convivial et positif

Exigences:

- Minimum de deux ans d’expérience en gestion dans le domaine de la restauration
- Connaissances avancées du café de spécialité
- Disponible les fins de semaine

Rémunération:

- 45k/année + pourboires
