**Job Summary**
**What is the opportunity?**
Be part of a team that proactively identifies digital adoption opportunities for advisor teams, working with them to build awareness of and interest in implementing digital solutions that will enhance their business.
**What will you do?**
- Consult with advisor teams 1:1
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to bring full support of WMC to advisor teams
- Consult with branch leadership teams to increase their knowledge and support their digital engagement efforts
- Identify trends and best practices and share them widely
- Be a change influencer and thought leader, advancing the firm’s initiative to increase service and efficiency through digital engagement
**What do you need to succeed?**
**Must haves**
- Expert understanding of Wealth Management Canada business and culture
- Strong commitment to client service excellence
- Curiosity and a willingness to improve and innovate
- Ability to effectively build relationships
- Excellent communication skills
**Nice-to-have**:
- Experience providing training and/or coaching or sales
- Experience building new programs or innovating on the job
