**Basic Function**:
Petro-Canada Lubricants Inc. (PCLI), an HF Sinclair company is seeing a temporary full-time Brand & Content Advisor to fill a one year contract. Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Communications, the Brand and Content Advisor is responsible for supporting the Global Brand Strategy and the development, implementation and coordination of targeted brand standards in various global markets for HF Sinclair Lubricants and Specialties. In addition, the role will assist with supplier performance & contract management. The role will lead the creation of customer facing content creation (including web and social media, strategic level presentations and materials) and guidelines for HF Sinclair commercial brands. All of which are expected to align with the business strategy and will help drive value and growth commercial brands.

**Job Duties**:

- Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Sales Enablement Advisors to develop content to support all aspects of the branded customer experience. - including commercial, segment and product brands
- Marketing communications - coordinating development & rollout of targeted brand campaigns in various global channels, markets
- Brand Standards - working with the agency to develop brand templates & other branded materials for use by employees, suppliers, distributors
- Oversee the production of new branded materials to ensure a seamless, integrated and consistent customer experience. Ie. brand templates, video content, tradeshow materials, etc.
- Process owner & SME for:

- Global trademarks process - liaison with Suncor re: infringements investigations & resolution
- Global translation process - including quarterly stakeholder check-ins & supplier performance evaluation & contract renewal
- Tank labels - create a working process & enable stakeholder to use it
- Marketing Supplier Management:

- IMS - ensure product quality is on brand; manage contract for print & fulfillment rates (excludes digital aspects which fall under GM Digital)
- Management of Global Agency partner, Fusion
- Managing all aspects of the global brand strategy and customer journey - including corporate, commercial, segment and product brands
- Shaping and communicating our company vision and mission and the relationship of the HFLS and business brands
- Global brand marketing planning and budgeting
- Brand Architecture - including product brand portfolio, structure, nomenclature; trademarks strategy, renewals and infringements management
- Provides timely updates on key project milestones to the Marketing Program Manager
- Marketing processes development & management
- Agency ways of working with internal teams
- Global translation process
- Online content management (iLink, Getty Library)
- Global trademarks process
- Coordination and planning of all Advertising

Special assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their supervisor, as determined from time to time in their sole and complete discretion

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of related Marketing Communications experience
- B2B Marketing experience
- Brand and Content creation
- Experience with MS Office software with proficiency in Excel, SAP, including Business Warehouse
- Knowledge of the lubricants and/or specialty products businesses and product lines and the markets we serve is an asset

**Education Level**:

- A university degree is required

The role has no direct reports but requires significant stakeholder management across Sales and Marketing as well as external agency partners
