- Prepare and create sushi dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sushi preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and labeling of ingredients
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the sushi station
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of sushi ingredients
- Provide excellent customer service by taking special requests and accommodating dietary restrictions

- Previous experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and presentation
- Familiarity with various types of sushi rolls, sashimi, and nigiri
- Ability to handle sharp knives and other kitchen tools safely
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
