VOD Steel Buildings is a small business in Toronto, ON M1V 0B8. We are professional, fast-paced, and engaging. Our company is seeking Steel Building Sales Representatives to join our team. As a Steel Building Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue by selling our steel building products to potential clients. You will be expected to build strong relationships with clients, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service.

**Qualifications**:

- A desire to want to be the best sales person in the office
- A willingness to do whatever it takes to become good (work harder, stay later, implement recommended changes)
- A willingness to come in early and leave late to get the deals in
- Minimum of 3 years of **Sales Experience** (is preferred)
- Basic Knowledge of **construction** welcomed but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills

**Work Location: In person**

**Salary: Strictly Commission Based **_(Potential to earn over $80,000.00 Salary a year)_

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON M1V 0B8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 3 years (preferred)

**Responsibilities**:

- Leads are all provided by the company (No Cold Calling)
- Making 80 to 100 calls per day sending out 8-10 quotes per day targeting 4-5 building sales per month
- Follow the company training program to maximize your effectiveness
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals on a regular basis
- Conduct consultations with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate steel building solutions
- Prepare and present quotes to clients and negotiate sales agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities
- When underperforming, be the kind of person that will do anything to improve (work harder, stay later, implement recommended changes)

Pay: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
