**Duties**:

- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and cooking.
- Develop and maintain standard recipes and ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers.
- Manage inventory and food cost control to ensure profitability.
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to create innovative menus that meet customer preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new culinary techniques.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel.
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and passion for food.
- Bartending experience is a plus.
