We're looking for a proactive individual to drive our maintenance scheduling efforts As the Maintenance Scheduler, you will be in charge of our work order request system, ensuring that duties are delegated smoothly to both contract personnel and subcontractors. Your role will involve daily communication and coordination with our operations and maintenance teams to ensure efficient workflows and task completion on time. **What will you do?**
- Utilize service request portal (Oracle e-Facilties) im order to plan, execute, track, and close out Client work orders
- Utilize APPs to create purchase or work orders for subcontractors authorization
- Coordinate, monitor, track, and liaise with building operators, Maintenance technicians, and subcontractors in order to complete the requested work
- Ensure preventive maintenance, regular maintenance programs, and repairs are completed in accordance with Edon Management’s and client standards
- Monitor Key Performance Indicator (KPI) requirements pertaining to scheduling of activities
- Respond to client requests for reconfigurations, renovations, upgrades, and other project work and assist clients in the completion and/or management of such work
- Generate and complete reports for the assigned contract(s) and initiate corrective actions as required

**What we are looking for?**
- Completed Grade 12 education
- Minimum two years’ experience working in a property management environment with a general knowledge of contracting, facilities operations and maintenance
- Previous experience associated with contract management and processing work orders
- Excellent knowledge of building systems
- Strong organizational, administrative and customer relation skills
- Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of CMMS software
