**Job Requirements**:

- Secondary school graduation or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
- Minimum of three years of clerical experience in an office setting.
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
- Demonstrated experience with writing and analytics in an office setting.
