**Program Overview**

Product Distribution Centre (PDC) operates a fully cost-recoverable program that is a Health Canada licensed complete supply chain solution. Our approach includes program-specific supply strategy consulting, procurement of unique program goods, inventory management, account management and customer service support, and distribution of goods. PDC works with government, public sector, publicly funded agencies, and their end users. The program supplies medical devices, pharmaceutical drugs, feeding supplies and equipment, personal care products, janitorial products, and personal protective equipment.

**Job Overview**

The Material Master Control Clerk oversees the SAP master data processes and procedures required for effective master data management within the Product Distribution Centre (PDC) operations for the product lifecycle. This role is the hub of SAP data management and works with all departments in PDC (Customer Service, Procurement and Supply Chain, Finance, and Warehouse) from product code creation to when a product is discontinued.

**Job Requirements**:

- Secondary school graduation or equivalent
- 1 year minimum recent (within last 5 years) experience in using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning software such as SAP).
- 1 year minimum recent (within last 5 years) experience extracting data to compile statistical information and present summary reports.
- 2 years minimum recent (within last 5 years) experience in MS Office (e.g Access, MS Word, Excel).

Preferences:

- Experience in inventory management in a warehouse environment.
- Experience within the Supply Chain environment with a focus on purchasing/ procurement. Experience using and creating pivot tables, VLOOKUP and charts.**About this Position**:
