International Sales Manager + Account Executive

Kuwalla Tee is one of Canadas leading mens & womens streetwear clothing brands based in Montreal. Founded in 2012 we are a young and dynamic company that continues to expand from season to season. We are a family business looking to continuously grow our team to achieve our north american and international brand expansion. We sell and service the biggest retailers in Canada such as Foot Locker, Below The Belt, Hudson Bay, Bikini Village, Nordstrom, Macy's, and other key retailers at the national and regional level.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers in Quebec & key international customers.
- Continuously target, contact and open new retail accounts with a focus on department stores.
- Assess customer needs while developing unique partnerships with retailers.
- Identify/Analyze sales performances and inventory to liquidate and avoid dead stock.
- Manage & build our sales team in USA.
- Provide sales presentations to your team and personalize presentations for retailers when required.
- Experience with management software such as Apparel Magic & Brandboom is an asset.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendations.
- Set-up showrooms and participate in tradeshows in New York & Last Vegas twice a year.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- 5+ year experience in a similar role (fashion industry)
- Bilingual (French/English)
- Leadership qualities & team spirit
- Strong work ethic
- Knowledge of fashion brands & trending items
- Computer savvy with profenciency in Office/Excel & Apparel Software
- Available to travel
- Looking for someone with autonomy and good sense of humor
