**ROLE**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and execute data-driven influencer outreach strategies to secure product reviews, social media exposure, and long-term partnerships.
- Research and identify potential influencers across various social media platforms, considering factors such as audience demographics, engagement rates, and content relevance.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with influencers by discussing our brand values, product benefits, and potential collaboration opportunities.
- Coordinate product deliveries and incentivize influencers to create authentic, high-quality content featuring our product.
- Monitor and track outreach efforts, responses, and content performance using analytics tools and platforms.

- Maintain a comprehensive database of influencer contacts, collaboration details, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaign ideas and ensure brand consistency across influencer content.
- Evaluate the success of influencer collaborations and provide actionable insights for future campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously refine our influencer outreach strategy.
- Implement alternative outreach strategies, such as engaging with micro-influencers and targeting followers of competitors’ social media pages.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram.
- Resourceful and highly motivated, with a “do whatever it takes” attitude.
- Proficient in Google Sheets and other data tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
