In this vital customer service representative role, your primary responsibilities are to answer and make phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, and handle warranty calls. You ensure that our clients' needs are met by utilizing your excellent communication skills and attention to detail. You are determined to provide superb customer service keep our office operative efficiently.
