**Details**:Full time, Days, 32.50 hours per week, 6:30AM to 2:30PM, 3-week rotating schedule

**Schedule**:
**Week 1**: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Thursday

**Week 2**: Friday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

**Week 3**:Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday

**Pay Scale**:$18.15 - $23.10 per hour

**Location**:McQueen Place Lodge, 10938-142 Street NW, Edmonton, AB, T5N 2P8

**Typical Duties**:Kitchen duties include: food preparation, portioning and labeling food, cleaning kitchen areas, dining areas, and equipment, dishwashing, preparing meals, beverages, sandwiches, salads and snacks, peeling and chopping vegetables. Dining Room duties include: greeting the residents, serving meals and beverages, setting and clearing tables, assisting residents at the buffet table as needed, assisting with meal attendance checks, and other site-specific duties as assigned.

**Experience/Education Preferences**:

- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal are required
- Experience in food preparation is an asset
- Experience as a server in a dining room is preferred

**Other Requirements**:

- Strong customer service skills, including the ability to interact with everyone in a respectful manner
- Ability to read and follow standard recipes and work in a sanitary manner
- Ability to demonstrate responsible judgement in problem solving
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team

**The successful applicant will be required to undergo a criminal records check and be fully vaccinated against Covid-19**

**Salary**: $18.15-$23.10 per hour
