Max Die Group also has extensive experience & knowledge in Hot Stamp Die process, Dies for Parts needing Ultra High Strength steels, Rapid Prototype, Die Maintenance and Repair, Machining, Design, Press Tryout and Low Volume/Temporary production. We are looking for a motivated and experienced **Maintenance / Machine Repair **to add value to our Maintenance Team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary.
- Plan and lay out repair work, using diagrams, drawings, maintenance manuals, or schematic diagrams.
- Dismantle devices to access and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools.
- Troubleshooting and repair of hydraulic and mechanical presses, welders, laser machines
- Conserve maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
- Provide mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintain continuity between shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Keep and update maintenance records as required.
- Assist in general maintenance as directed.
- Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Any additional duties as assigned by management
- Supporting other facilities as required
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Valid 433A - Industrial Mechanic Millwright License
- Preferred
- 5 years experience
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving attributes
- Working knowledge of safety standards of equipment
- Ability to work efficiently as a part of a team, as well as independently
