**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Supervisor - Payroll & Benefits the Payroll Technician will:
Prepare, process and reconcile bi-weekly payroll in an accurate and timely manner;
Maintain related reports and files;
Process correspondence and inquiries related to payroll matters to completion as required;
Maintain and update employee records and files;
Prepare requisitions for remittance of employee deductions and reconciliation of remittances with accounting data;
Compile information for analysis by management as requested;
Work in a professional manner in accordance with organizational and departmental expectations;
Qualifications and Skills

Completion of a 2-year Community College Program specific to Business Administration or related specialty;
Minimum two-years work-related experience;
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
Proven mathematical and analytical skills;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
