Collicutt is seeking a **_Field Service Administrator _**to join our service team at the corporate office in Red Deer**_. _**

Supporting a team of service technicians, the field service administrator delivers a high standard of customer

possesses exceptional attention to detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal),

and is motivated to serve their team and customers. The Field Service Administrator is pivotal in ensuring

smooth day-to-day operations within the organization.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- **Invoice and Financial Management**: Timely processing of invoices, credit memos, and rental invoicing,

coupled with accurate posting of payroll-related time and mileage in SAP. The role involves managing
customer credit card transactions, including pre-authorizations, payments, refunds, and receipt

reconciliation.
- **Operational Coordination**: Maintaining Work-In-Progress (WIP) monitoring and reporting during bi
- weekly meetings, updating customer equipment cards, and creating/managing maintenance contracts
and recurring services in SAP to streamline operations.
- **Technician Support**: Booking travel, accommodations, and rental vehicles for technicians and other

personnel, while ensuring compliance with DATS training certifications and Altalink hour reporting.
- **Customer Relations**: Managing customer job files, online invoice portals, and compliance requirements

to uphold service standards and foster strong client relationships.
- **Administrative Oversight**: Supporting the department with tasks such as updating on-call schedules,

managing customer documentation, and handling other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- High School Diploma required.
- Business Administration Certificate or Diploma is considered an asset.

**Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in an administrative role.
- Experience working with Field and Shop Technicians, including scheduling, prioritizing work, and

preparing work orders and jobs, is considered an asset.
- Proficient in SAP software or other similar service order data management systems is considered an

asset.
- Experience with diesel engines and products such as MTU, CAT, and Cummins is considered an asset.
- Project management or coordination experience is considered an asset.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience using various software programs, such as Adobe and Photoshop.
- Ability to interpret quotes and rectify project costs.
- Strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to thriving in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teams and innovate solutions.
- Strong time management skills, including adaptability to change.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain utmost confidentiality with proprietary information.
