Speech-language Pathologist

**Full Job Description**

Speech Bubbles is a small speech therapy clinic located in Langley City. We aim to create a workplace where our staff are properly equipped to deliver high-quality speech therapy, where their experience and expertise are valued, and where they can feel proud to work.

**What to expect**:
We offer various services to people of all age ranges. You can decide whether you work with multiple populations or focus on a specific age range. We also offer mentorship and training in areas that you may not be comfortable in or are interested in developing. At Speech Bubbles, we have a collaborative approach when it comes to assigning clients and welcome your feedback when it comes to your schedule. As this is an hourly position you will have paid prep time prior to each appointment and no back to back sessions. We are also open to offering paid flex time depending on number of clients and hours worked. In addition, we want to support you in your continued education and will contribute an agreed upon amount to workshops or conferences every year. All our sessions are conducted in-clinic, and you are not required to drive to clients’ homes. Supervision is available if needed, and new graduates are welcome to apply.

**Requirements**:

- Be registered (or be in the process of registering with) CSHBC
- Have a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent)

**Additional Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working with children, especially working with children on the Autism Spectrum or with developmental disabilities is an asset
- Registration with Speech & Hearing BC is an asset
- Ability to speak other languages is an asset

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40.00-$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
