This is temporary position for 12-18 months. This position is based in our Calgary SE location, 6567-68 Ave SE_._

**Hours**: Monday to Friday 5:00pm-1:00am**

**Wage**: $24.12 per hour**
- Data entry of information into excel spredsheets
- Creating manifests
- Scanning bills of lading and data entry
- Verification of carrier paperwork against load sheets
- Scanner control mantintenance
- Verirication of scan reports against loaded trailers prior to departure
- Contacting customers, outside carriers and drivers
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work and meeting deadlines
- Strong data entry skills
- Team Player
- Excellent organizational skills - ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be physically fit - able to lift 70 lbs. unassisted
- Able to work independently
- Self motivated, enthusiastic, energetic, well groomed
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- High attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
