About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Goodfood. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record and report inventory changes daily to the Operations Supervisor.
  • Extract and analyze transaction and purchase order data from our ERP system.
  • Identify and report inventory variances to the supervisor.
  • Ensure timely receipt of open purchase orders in the ERP system.
  • Perform daily data entry and inventory counts.
  • Assist with other inventory-related tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 6+ months of experience in a warehouse setting preferred.
  • Strong English written and oral communication skills.
  • Well-developed attention to detail skills.
  • Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to accurately and efficiently enter large volumes of data.
  • Ability to take direction and put it into action.
  • Ability to count inventory accurately.
  • Strong communication skills and accountability for executed work.
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Willingness to work in a cold environment (0 to +4 degrees).
  • Strong work ethic and professional attitude.
