We are looking for a Project Control Scheduling Specialist. Reporting to the Team Lead Scheduling, the Specialist is responsible for monitoring and controlling project scheduling activities for inspection and maintenance, major programs and projects delivered by Power Delivery.

Major Responsibilities:
- Creating, maintaining, and analyzing a high-volume of resource -loaded schedules of various sizes and complexity, performing resource leveling and providing detailed resource utilization analysis and forecast.- Work with the Project Managers, Engineers, Field Execution Planners, project control team, and other internal and external stakeholders to develop optimized resource-loaded schedules for various projects to satisfy resource workload, deliverables, time restraints and customer expectation and identify issues affecting project timeline and budget.- Develop, maintain, analyze, and communicate schedule commitments, associated changes, resource allocation, forecast, participate in schedule risk assessment and lesson learned to take proactive steps to monitor, control and report on schedule progress metrics in comparison with the baseline- Prepare recommendations for remedial action where deviations occur, include trends in the forecast, or develop a mitigation plan or corrective measures to help drive business decisions.- Coordinate preparation, consolidation, and analysis of scheduling reports.- Develop innovative strategies to solve resourcing issues through complex analysis, Interface with key internal project team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency in schedule performance tracking and reporting.- Seek Project Manager’s approval for changes to schedule baseline and new forecasted dates/performance.- Chair the Planning, Scheduling and Execution weekly resource meetings, provide visibility of coming weeks (e.g., manpower needs/level-loading optimization) and identify resource demand over/under-allocation.- Work with other specialist for alignment of estimation, planning, cost, and schedule management to realize the variances, monitoring projects KPI and implement earned value management system.- Perform forward looking Time Impact Analysis- Support the project lifecycle through schedule development, monitoring, and controls- Provide schedule expertise during internal/external audits- Facilitate schedule change control practices- Propose and participates in improvements to scheduling processes, approaches, and techniques and share expertise with other work groups- Provide mentorship and training to less senior or junior team members

Education Required:
- University degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or Information Technology- PMI member - Project Management Professional (PMP) designation or willing to obtain- Primavera advanced training certificate- Primavera P6 EPPM Certified Implementation Specialist is preferred

Qualifications & Experience:
- 12+ years’ senior scheduling experience in engineering and construction environment- Advanced knowledge and experience in Primavera P6 and MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Project)- Fully expertise with MAXAVERA, MAXIMO (Work Order, Planning, and Assignment module)- Expert on developing reports with Power BI and Data Analysis

- Ability to manage many priorities with many stakeholders from various type of scope/business units- Detail-oriented and demonstrated competency in analysis, process improvement and problem-solving- Highly collaborative with the ability to communicate complex technical information to different audiences- Manage difficult discussions about projects progress status, bottlenecks, and preventive/corrective actions with project stakeholders- Ability to identifying areas for growth and improvement, with strong ideation skills and outside of the box thinking- A strong mentor who can coach, train and coordinate work- Well-organized, able to deliver results with mínimal supervision, ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities, and excel in a fast-paced environment
