**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
As a vital member of our operations team, the Operations Coordinator will be responsible for creating and maintaining schedules and project deliverables. This person will work closely with our Sales and Operations departments to effectively communicate with project stakeholders providing updates and resolving issues that arise.

**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**:

- Create and maintain work schedules for technicians
- Plan for project timelines and deliverables and schedule technicians accordingly
- Dispatch technicians to work sites and trouble shoot question and issues
- Interact with estimators, managers, and technicians regarding projects
- Ensure safety paperwork and documentation is completed properly by technicians
- Assist the estimating team in the development of work schedules for tenders and proposals

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a coordinator, dispatcher, or customer service environment
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Preferably, experience in traffic control or construction
- Valid provincial driver's license and clean driver's abstract

**HOURS OF WORK**:
Daily schedule may vary depending upon operational needs. However, general office hours would be 7-8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday although extended hours and overtime may be necessary during the busy season (May - October).
