Job Overview:
We are a relatively new company that is rapidly expanding. We need someone to join our team with a passion for e bikes and new electric technology.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to maximize efficiency and minimize carrying costs
- Monitor inventory levels and product demand to ensure adequate stock levels
- Utilize data analysis tools, such as SQL, for inventory forecasting and trend analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sourcing processes
- Conduct data mining to identify opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements
- Analyze sales trends and adjust inventory strategies accordingly
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing
- Oversee inventory systems and recommend upgrades or changes as needed
- Manage retail inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in inventory management within a retail environment
- Proficiency in SQL or similar data analysis tools
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external suppliers
- Ability to sell ideas and influence stakeholders towards effective inventory strategies
- Knowledge of retail management practices and inventory control systems

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

Work Location: In person
