**What you offer**:
- Graduate of relevant College or University-Level technical program related to facilities;
- Designation from an industry recognized Facility Management organization is an asset;
- 10-Years of experience providing facility/asset management for public or private sector facilities;
- Excellent technical writing skills are required. Reporting is to be concise, follow company report formats and be based on project specific evidence;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget;
- Effective, responsive communication (verbally and written) with the Project Team and Clients;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required;
- French language ability (oral and/or written) is considered an asset;
- A valid driver’s license and access to insured vehicle for travel to project sites is required (work related mileage is reimbursed); and
- Ability to travel for up to a week at a time is required (work related expenses are reimbursed).
**What you will be working on**:
- Lead a multidisciplinary team in collaborating with clients to deliver FMC services, including Equipment Inventory & Tagging, Preventative Maintenance Planning and other FMC services;
- Sharing key industry/client knowledge with the Team;
- Leading and/or supporting Key Opportunity Pursuits;
- Lead the preparation of proposals for FMC services;
- Support the on-going development of FMC tools and templates that will be used to streamline consulting assignments;
- Managing Key Clients to whom we provide relevant services to for FMC;
- Customer satisfaction for the Service Line;
- Train clients in the usage of FMC software and tools for post-project updating;
- Understanding and communicating unique project requirements to project team members, ensuring compliance;
- Maintain a high level of product quality; technically, grammatically, and as per company master report formats;
- Plan and schedule sufficient time for the reviewer;
- Since we are committed to our clients, you must be responsive during and outside of normal business hours (cell phone and VPN network access will be provided); and
- Be cognizant of and/or manage time and project costs to ensure project profitability;
