Nous avons actuellement un poste de **souscripteur bilingue** contractuel à pourvoir immédiatement au sein du service de la souscription de notre division Risques spéciaux, poste relevant de notre bureau d’Ottawa.

Le souscripteur rejoindra notre équipe de 25 employés au sein du dynamique service de la souscription de notre division Risques spéciaux.

**Exigences du poste**:

- Examiner et analyser les soumissions.
- Déterminer et obtenir les renseignements supplémentaires nécessaires pour effectuer une analyse appropriée du risque, ce qui inclut de comparer les renseignements avec ceux des autres services.
- Évaluer l’exposition aux risques et déterminer les taux et les modalités qui touchent les protections, conformément aux lignes directrices en matière de souscription.
- Négocier les modalités et conditions avec les courtiers.
- Autoriser la transmission des documents aux courtiers et aux clients, selon les besoins.
- Préparer et tenir à jour des rapports périodiques pertinents pour les activités en cours.
- Servir les clients actuels.
- Prendre connaissance des sinistres et des risques et rester informé à ce sujet.
- Rester informé à propos des conditions du marché, des initiatives en matière de rentabilité et de la concurrence.
- Réaliser d’autres tâches connexes, au besoin.
- Aider les souscripteurs plus expérimentés à accomplir les tâches administratives et fournir un soutien.

**Compétences recherchées**:

- ** Maîtrise parfaite de l’anglais et du français, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit**:

- Baccalauréat spécialisé en assurance, commerce, affaires, administration des affaires, économie, finance, statistique, comptabilité ou mathématique, obtenu au printemps 2023, de préférence
- Expérience professionnelle dans le secteur de l’assurance ou dans un secteur connexe
- Aptitudes exceptionnelles en matière de service à la clientèle et de négociation
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite
- Capacités analytiques et logiques, sens de l’organisation et esprit de décision
- Solides aptitudes pour les relations interpersonnelles afin de travailler efficacement en équipe
- Maîtrise des logiciels Word, Excel et Outlook
