Clubhouse Attendant

**Join our dynamic team at Sunnidell, a premier par 3 golf course located in Brockville, Ontario. With 18 picturesque holes, a challenging mini putt course, and a state-of-the-art driving range, we provide an exceptional golfing experience for players of all skill levels. In addition, our clubhouse features a cozy café where guests can relax and enjoy delicious food and beverages.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and check-in guests, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring their needs are met.
- Take food and beverage orders, prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages in our café.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the clubhouse and café area.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking supplies, and processing payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any concerns promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as the golf course operates throughout the summer season.
- Interest in golf is a plus, but not essential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and answer questions in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Provide assistance to customers in locating items.
- Assist customers with purchases and returns.
- Keep track of inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
- Follow safety protocols when handling hazardous materials.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour

Day range:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (required)
