Join our dynamic team at Sunnidell, a premier par 3 golf course located in Brockville, Ontario. With 18 picturesque holes, a challenging mini putt course, and a state-of-the-art driving range, we provide an exceptional golfing experience for players of all skill levels. In addition, our clubhouse features a cozy café where guests can relax and enjoy delicious food and beverages.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and checkin guests, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Take food and beverage orders, prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages in our café.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the clubhouse and café area.
  • Assist with inventory management, stocking supplies, and processing payments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as the golf course operates throughout the summer season.
  • Interest in golf is a plus, but not essential.

  • Greet customers and answer questions in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Provide assistance to customers in locating items.
  • Assist customers with purchases and returns.
  • Keep track of inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
  • Follow safety protocols when handling hazardous materials.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Contract length: 4 months

Part-time hours: 40 per week

Salary:
From $15.50 per hour

Day range:

  • Weekend availability

Experience:

  • Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Smart Serve (required)
