**Passionate Oyster Shucker**

Join our team at our Mediterranean restaurant, renowned for its dedication to exceptional seafood and impressive seafood towers. We are in search of a passionate Oyster Shucker who shares our enthusiasm for premium seafood. This full-time position is based in a vibrant setting: you will work outside on our covered terrace, operating your own dedicated raw bar setup.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform opening and closing duties of the seafood bar
- Maintain a clean and organized raw bar setup.
- Shuck fresh oysters or clams with shucking knife
- Execute delegated tasks from our Sous Chef, Chef and/or General Manager
- Follow recipes, portion controls and presentation specification as set by the restaurant
- Assist in food inventory & control, and prep
- Assist in properly receiving and storing delivered items
- Maintaining a clean and presentable seafood station, strictly adhering to sanitation, food safety, and hygiene guidelines

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 2 years of shucking experience
- Willingness, knowledge, and ability to execute high-end sushi cuisine
- Ability to multi-task and maintain a level of professionalism under pressure
- Must live in Montreal and/or have a valid Canadian working visa
