**Responsibilities**:
Maintain a clean and organized workspace with meticulous attention to detail.
Perform computer and laptop repairs, ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and recommending suitable solutions.
Utilize your exceptional sales skills to promote our products and services, driving sales and maximizing revenue.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and exceptional customer experiences.

**Requirements**:
Solid knowledge of computer hardware and software, with a passion for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Ability to research and find solutions effectively, including utilizing online resources.
Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, with a track record of exceeding targets.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
Meticulous attention to detail and organizational prowess.
Customer-centric mindset and a genuine passion for technology.

Additional Skills (Not Required, but a Plus):
Web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for website maintenance and updates.
Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) techniques to enhance online visibility and drive traffic to our website.
