Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Service Associate. As a Guest Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their experience at The Hub is comfortable and enjoyable. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Some of the key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Welcome and greet visitors in a positive manner and direct them appropriately
- Ensure smooth booking of event spaces and coordination of appropriate add-ons such as audio-visual equipment, catering or rentals
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Assure facility is clean and welcoming for guests
- Assist with care of building facilities; routinely inspect equipment and amenities spaces
- Assist with social media posts and respond in a timely manner
- Adaptability and flexibility are key attributes, as well as the ability to work independently
- Perform other duties as assigned

Cleaning including but not limited to:

- Maintaining an exceptional level of cleanliness inside and outside the buildings. Inside, attention to detail of all spaces, cleaning after events, making sure bathrooms are clean and stocked with items, entrance and lounge area is mopped or vacuumed daily. Daily removal of garbage.
- Turning over the Guest Suites including a thorough clean, washing linens and setting it up for the next guests.

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous customer service experience
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends
- Strong technical skills and knowledge computer software like Microsoft Office and Adobe

**Salary**: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
