Volunteer - Women's Group Leader

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to volunteer as our church Women's Group Leader. As the leader of this group, you will have the opportunity to create a supportive and empowering community for women within our church, fostering spiritual growth, connection, and personal development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize and facilitate regular meetings and gatherings for the women's group, creating a safe and welcoming environment for open discussion and sharing.
- Plan and coordinate relevant activities, events, and study sessions that align with the needs and interests of the women in the group.
- Develop and lead engaging and meaningful discussions on various topics, including faith, personal growth, relationships, and relevant issues affecting women today.
- Foster a sense of community and encourage connection among group members, providing opportunities for friendship, mentorship, and mutual support.
- Provide guidance and spiritual encouragement to group members, helping them explore and deepen their faith journey.
- Collaborate with other church leaders and staff to align the women's group's activities with the church's overall mission and goals.
- Stay updated on resources, books, and studies that can enhance the group's discussions and provide valuable insights for personal and spiritual growth.
- Serve as a mentor and role model for the women in the group, demonstrating integrity, compassion, and a commitment to personal and communal transformation.

Qualifications:

- A deep personal faith and a strong commitment to Christian values and teachings.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create an inclusive and supportive environment for diverse group members.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead engaging discussions and encourage active participation.
- Empathy and a genuine interest in the well-being and growth of the women in the group.
- Organizational skills and the ability to plan and execute meaningful activities and events.
- Prior experience in leading or facilitating group discussions or Bible studies is advantageous.
- Willingness to collaborate with other church leaders and work within the vision and guidelines of the church community.
