**THE OPPORTUNITY - HOUSING SERVICES TEAM LEADER - CLUSTER HOUSING**
**(Full-time)**

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Provide direction and support to all employees reporting to the position
- assign work; mentor and coach employees in completing their job functions
- provide ongoing performance feedback; complete monthly supervision and performance evaluations
- establish goals to develop or enhance skills and competencies and address area outcomes
- ensure awareness and compliance with policies and procedures
- ensure mandatory training is complete and current
- Responsible for the delivery of quality client services
- Responsible for managing staffing resources in housing environments to cover staff absences
- Oversee training of team members
- Recruit for new employees reporting to the position in conjunction with Manager
- Complete scheduling, approve shifts, fill shifts, approve absences within the ERM

**WHAT YOU BRING**

We are looking to engage team members with diverse skills, experiences and interests.
These are some of the competencies and credentials we are looking for:

- Degree or Diploma in Community Rehabilitation, Disability Studies, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous demonstrated experience leading employees
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of problem solving and decision-making skills and ability to manage high
- stress and emergency situations effectively
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule
- Demonstrate a high standard of professionalism aligned with Vecova values
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all Vecova team members
- Represent Vecova in a professional manner
- Demonstrate a high level of initiative and enthusiasm
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
- Demonstrate a high level of administrative and IT capacity
